Ingredients

  • 2 small apples any kind
  • ½ cup oats any kind
  • 300 grams plain yoghurt dairy or plant based
  • 1 ½ Tbsp date honey or honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts about 4 halves
  • 1 Tbsp raw tahini
  • ½ - ¾ tsp five spice powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • toppings of your choice optional

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients for a few seconds in a blender.
  • Pour into two bowls.
  • Decorate with your favourite toppings.

Notes

Use your favourite toppings - berries, chocolate chips, any seeds, nuts or fruit you like.
