Pizza Dough – super quick and easy and not only for pizza!

I absolutely love this pizza dough – it’s perfect for pizzas, fuccacas, pizza rolls or other savory rolls.

It’s super easy to make, very quick and you almost don’t need to wait to use it.

You just mix 6 simple ingredients in a bowl to form a dough and by the time you are ready with toppings and sauces the dough is puffed and ready to be baked!

What do you need?

Flour + Yeast

Salt + Sugar

Oil + Water

And… that’s all.

What can you make with this pizza dough?

Well, first of all, of course you can make pizza! 🍕This dough will be enough to make 2 big pizzas (in oven trays) or 3 medium pizzas (in toaster oven trays).

You can easily make your own sauce too:

Grate 5 tomatoes. Chop 3 garlic cloves. Fry the garlic in a pan with a bit of oil. Add the tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes until the colour changes. Add some salt and pepper, and if you want some dry basil, oregano or thyme.

If you don’t feel like pizza, make fuccaca or garlic bread! 🧄

You’ll just need some olive oil and you can add garlic, dry or fresh herbs, fried onions or eggplant, zaatar and any other toppings you like.

If you want something cuter, go for pizza snacks, or savory snacks with a different flavour. 🥨

For that, you just divide the dough in 3. roll each portion into a rectangle (about 20x35cm), add sauce and or toppings, roll into a log and slice.

You can easily keep these in the freezer for quite a long time – whenever you want, just pop them in the oven and heat them up for a few minutes. They will taste completely fresh.
